By accessing MERII AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Educational Services
MERII AI provides structured learning tracks and internship opportunities. Completion does not guarantee employment or job placement.
4. Certificates
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of required steps and evaluation criteria defined by the platform.
5. Internship Disclaimer
Internship placements, where offered, are subject to eligibility, performance, and institutional partnerships. MERII AI does not guarantee internship conversion or employment.
6. Acceptable Use
- No academic dishonesty or cheating
- No unauthorized system access
- No malicious code or harmful activity
- No impersonation or identity misuse
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, materials, learning structures, algorithms, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of MERII AI and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Payments & Refunds
Paid services are subject to pricing policies. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our published refund policy.
9. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
MERII AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MERII AI harmless from claims arising out of misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.
